Standard shipping from £4.20 - Express & Tracked Delivery available. All international orders are shipped same or next working day via Royal Mail. International orders can take between 5 - 14 days to arrive. For tracking, please upgrade from Standard Shipping to the Tracked service at checkout.

FREE DIRECT SENDING SERVICE 
We will hand write your personalised message and address the envelope, in beautiful handwriting, free of charge! Simply write your message in the drop down box, on the product page of your choice, and add it to the basket. 

*Don't forget to add your recipient's address as the shipping address * 

Your card will be posted same or next day via Royal Mail, First Class mail. This is great if you're in a hurry, or if you're posting the card on anyway :) Our handwritten service adds a personal touch and you can be certain that special care will be taken when writing your message.    We only offer this service for orders placed with an alternative Name and Shipping Address.

RETURNS 
We offer a 14 day refund policy for any unwanted items. Please email info@kittykenda.com to start your return. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item. To be eligible for a refund, all items must be in their original packaging in the condition that they were sent & include gift items that may have been included.  We are a small team, and each item is hand crafted with the greatest care, however if you have a quality issue please let us resolve this for you.

REFUNDS 
Refunds for returned items will be made using the same method of payment. Returned items will be inspected carefully to ensure they are in 'saleable' condition and a refund will be issued within 7 days of receiving the item. Please allow 3 - 5 days for the payment to clear. Please see our full T&Cs for more details.

COMPANY ETHOS 
Each and every product is made in London/UK using designs that are exclusive to Kitty Kenda.
Many of the products are hand finished in my SW London studio. All products are made with a zero-waste philosophy and using FSC certified paper & most products are made from recycled materials. Products which need to be protected on the shop floor come wrapped in eco-cellophane when possible. 

COMPANY MISSION  
Animal welfare is the driving force of the brand and donating a portion of profits to charity each month is the goal. Kitty Kenda Papergoods donates to charities & individuals who feed, provide medical care & shelter to stray cats and dogs/animals in need as much as possible - both in the UK but often across the world. You'll often find links on Instagram stories tagging some of these staggeringly kind people who dedicate their lives to helping animals in need. Kitty herself is a passionate vegan and regularly participates in activism to help end the suffering of land animals and sea animals who are farmed, laboured, hunted or exploited for profit, whether that be horse racing, food, fur farming or animal testing.
