Your order will be shipped same or next working day via Second Class Royal Mail as standard. Orders usually take between  2 - 4 days to arrive, depending on your location. If you would like First Class Shipping, select the option at checkout

Alternatively, select our Sending Service and we will send your card First Class direct to your recipient (see below for details)

Standard shipping from £4.20 - Express & Tracked Delivery available. All international orders are shipped same or next working day via Royal Mail. International orders can take between 5 - 14 days to arrive. For tracking, please upgrade from Standard Shipping to the Tracked service at checkout.

FREE DIRECT SENDING SERVICE 
We will hand write your personalised message and address the envelope, in beautiful handwriting, free of charge! Simply write your message in the drop down box, on the product page of your choice, and add it to the basket. 

*Don't forget to add your recipient's address as the shipping address * 

Your card will be posted same or next day via Royal Mail, First Class mail. This is great if you're in a hurry, or if you're posting the card on anyway :) Our handwritten service adds a personal touch and you can be certain that special care will be taken when writing your message.   

 

We only offer this service for orders placed with an alternative Name and Shipping Address.

Please note; if the name/address does not differ from the the sender, we will send your card without the handwritten message

RETURNS 
We offer a 14 day refund policy for any unwanted items. Please email info@kittykenda.com to start your return. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item. To be eligible for a refund, all items must be in their original packaging in the condition that they were sent & include gift items that may have been included.  We are a small team, and each item is hand crafted with the greatest care, however if you have a quality issue please let us resolve this for you.

REFUNDS 
Refunds for returned items will be made using the same method of payment. Returned items will be inspected carefully to ensure they are in 'saleable' condition and a refund will be issued within 7 days of receiving the item. Please allow 3 - 5 days for the payment to clear. Please see our full T&Cs for more details.

COMPANY ETHOS 
Each and every product is made in London/UK using designs that are exclusive to Kitty Kenda.
Many of the products are hand finished in my SW London studio. All products are made with a zero-waste philosophy and using FSC certified paper & most products are made from recycled materials. Products which need to be protected on the shop floor come wrapped in eco-cellophane wrapper, even if it not marked on the cello itself, you can be assured it is compostable plant cello.

COMPANY MISSION  
Animal welfare is the driving force of designer Kitty and donating a portion of profits to charity each month is the goal. Kitty Kenda donates to charities & individuals who feed, provide medical care & shelter to stray cats and dogs/animal sanctuaries & rehabilitation, and various animal rights movements - in the UK but often across the world.  Kitty herself is a passionate vegan and regularly participates in activism to help end the suffering of land animals and sea animals who are exploited, whether that be through being farmed for consumption, hunting, performing & entertainment, animal racing, fur farming, labouring or animal testing. We take a stand against any exploitation of other species, for human entertainment, profit or use.
